Our Legacy Projects

Animentorium- The 14th installation ceremony of the Rotaract Club of Lala Lajpatrai College was happened on the 14th of July, 2023 in which the outgoing team bid farewell and the Incoming team was Introduced.

Astitva Ek Pehchaan, the flagship project of RC Lalas went above and beyond this year as the 10th iteration of the project. Impacting the lives of over 550 children, providing them a platform to showcase their diverse skill sets. RC lalas not only provided a platform to the children but went over the top with several donations.

A DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS INITIATIVE -
A digital communications initiative which is newly introduced in which participants were given a jist of designing by playing a childhood game relay.

This dynamic event targeted and developed multiple entrepreneurial skills throughout the quarter seamlessly integrating learning with fun and enjoyment. The event also provided a platform for budding entrepreneurs, giving them a chance to showcase their talent and skills.

A Club Service Initiative -
An annual tradition proudly upheld by the Rotaract Club of Lala Lajpatrai College, "Fresher's '23" stands as one of the most cherished and eagerly awaited events in our calendar.

when 120 people gather to celebrate the glorious festival of Navratri its sure it is a night filled with bliss. In true RCLALAS fashion Garbotsav exceeded all the expectations!

This project's aim to service the stray animals was successful as the impact of the same is unmatched! With 150+ reflective collars donated, 300+ Meals provided to stray animals, sending 5+ volunteers to animal welfare NGOs for a full week and much more! This initiative was truly - Pawfect!

A PUBLIC RELATIONS INITIATIVE -
A  project organized on the occasion of Independence Day where the club promotes environmental safe celebration of the freedom of the country. It also promotes the fighters who gave their life and celebrate their victory with a get together.

The team finance of RC LALAS dropped another banger of an event in the form of Scam 2023. The event used the opening prices of actual stock prices. although some elements were new, the charm was same Scam 2023 followed last years theme in delivering news in an exciting way to the participants making learning stock market and financial management fun!

A PARTNERS - IN - SERVICE INITIATIVE -
A Presidential initiative called Ummedein - A Ray of Hope was held on the 4th September 2023. A team from the club visited the Utavali Village in Palghar as part of this project to assist the students of the municipal school there while also experiencing village life.

AN INTERNATIONAL SERVICE INITIATIVE -
A project carried out to raise awareness through speaker sessions and social media campaigns about the rapidly-increasing population in our country & its effects, globally too.

A COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVE :-
You Matter is an initiative where a counselor was called for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Workshop during the Suicide Prevention Month.

Zero proved to be an all round professional development initiative, giving participants an all round development experience. It gave everyone a hands-on experience of various corporate sectors and also provided with over hundred placement opportunities in major companies such as Reliance, Mahindra and much more.
